Image Processing Engineer (Software R&D)
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 4 Years of experience
Requirements:
- Algorithm Development: Design, develop, and optimize image processing algorithms to meet project requirements.
- Software Development: Implement image processing algorithms into efficient and maintainable software code.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of image processing software to ensure it meets performance, accuracy, and efficiency criteria. Debug and troubleshoot as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, X-ray application engineers and R&D teams to integrate image processing solutions into larger projects.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and reports.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize software algorithms for speed and resource efficiency, considering hardware constraints and real-time processing requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the software adheres to high-quality standards, and participate in code reviews and testing efforts.
- 2-3 years of experience in image processing and software development, with a strong background in computer vision.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, LabView or C#.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Knowledge of image sensor technologies and image data formats is a plus.
