Line Detector Arrays
A Line Detector Array is the heart of the Digital Radiography imaging system, and consists of a linear arrangement of pixels which are sensitive to X-ray radiation. It allows to capture the X-rays passing through an object onto a horizontal line, and is moved along the vertical axis to form a full image line-by-line. The flexibility of an X-Ray LDA to acquire virtually unlimited vertical resolution is exploited in many applications where objects of a variable size have to be quickly scanned in succession. MQS supplies state-of-the-art Line Detector arrays in resolutions upto 200um and length of 1600mm. Digital Flat Panel Detectors (DFPD)
The most advanced form of digital radiography is the flat panel detector, a preferred option for real-time radiography across industries due to their unmatched dynamic range and superior image quality. DFPD’s are available in different sizes from 65mm x 115mm to 430mm x 430mm and resolutions from 100 μm to 200 μm. These panels can be used for wide energy range up to 15MeV, thereby suitable for using with constant potential X-ray systems as well as Linear Accelerators.
