Sr. Executive (Business Development)
- BE (Electronics/ Electrical) /BSC (Electronics) with MBA/M.Sc. (Optional)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Electronics / Electrical Industry
- Languages Known: Telugu, English, Hindi
- He has to travel PAN INDIA
- Has to work for minimum 2 years for the company after successful completion of training.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generation of leads through cold calls, personal visits, telephonic calls, referrals, email campaigning, etc.
- Identify Potential Leads and locate new segments to explore opportunities.
- Organize presentation on Company’s capabilities and new product launch.
- Participating in Exhibitions & Shows as a part of B-Dev
- Good knowledge on Cross Selling, Up selling techniques
- Provide the right solution by interfacing with design team and customer.
- Technical and commercial Proposal preparation & Submission.
- Have to handle complete sales cycle from Enquiry generation to Payment follow up
- Focusing for the repeatability of the orders.
- Required to know competition knowledge, their products and their presence.
- Study of tenders and our approach to the tender including USP’s (Unique Selling Proposition).
